Feature requests send your title, description and optional reply email to the Firebase Pulse team for evaluating product ideas and responding to your request. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. Google account credentials, Firebase project data and device files are not attached.
Requests are delivered through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) and the receiving email provider. Submissions remain private and are not published or used for marketing. The team keeps correspondence only while needed to review and follow up on the request; you can request deletion by replying to a response.
The server keeps temporary hashes and an opaque request identifier to limit spam and avoid duplicate email. These records expire after 24 hours and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Request text and reply addresses are not stored in these records. Delivery acceptance does not guarantee inbox arrival.
