Posbon (also referred to as “Guardia”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a child safety and location monitoring application designed to help parents and legal guardians keep their children safe.

Precise GPS location (latitude and longitude)
Speed and altitude (when available)

Real-time child location monitoring
Displaying last known location to parents or guardians

            Posbon collects location data to enable real-time child monitoring even
            when the app is closed or not in use. This data is shared only with the
            linked parent or guardian account.

Firebase User ID (UID)
Pairing codes
Device identifiers

This data is used to authenticate users and securely link child devices to parent accounts.

C. Device Information

Battery level
Device model and OS version
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token

2. How We Use Your Data

Provide core app functionality
Enable background and real-time tracking
Send safety-related notifications
Ensure system reliability and security

We do not use personal data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging)
Google Maps Platform (if enabled)

These services are used solely to provide secure backend infrastructure and real-time synchronization.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Retention: Location data is stored temporarily to provide the last known location and is not stored persistently beyond operational necessity.

Deletion: Users may request deletion of their data at any time by unpairing devices, using the in-app delete account feature, or contacting support.
