What we collect and why

Digital Projections, the publisher of Music Grabber, stores the music site name, public domain, requested workflow, submission time, request reference, and review status to evaluate future support. Website paths, queries, and fragments are removed. Email is optional and is used only to follow up about your suggestion, not for marketing.

Access and storage

Requests are stored in the existing created.link database on our AWS Lightsail server. The creator can review them in an authenticated admin queue. A private monitoring assistant can read the requested site, workflow, and review status to summarize new requests. Email addresses and private reviewer notes are excluded from that monitoring feed. Suggestions are not published, sold, or shared for advertising.

Retention

Optional email addresses are removed after 90 days. Requests and review records are removed after 365 days. A daily maintenance job applies these limits. Our form stores a keyed, rotating hash derived from the connection address for rate limiting; these records are removed after 48 hours. Routine hosting access logs may separately contain your connection address under the website's privacy policy.

Your choices

Leave email blank if you do not want follow-up. For access, correction, deletion, or to stop follow-up about a request, email support@created.link with your request reference. Please do not include passwords, private links, or sensitive information in the form.
